Medavir is a topical Herpes gel which is primarily composed of one ingredient: SnF2 (Tin(II) fluoride also known as StannousFluoride). However, using this ingredient will not help alleviate HSV-2 (genital) outbreaks, and will not help improve the immune system which will help prevent future outbreaks from developing.
